I’m really excited about a new program to help people use the power of thier minds to improve thier lives. After ten years of working with people individually and loving it, I’ve decided to add working with groups. The focus of the groups will be on learning about the mind and techniques to have control over stress, anxiety, chronic pain for a better life. Unlike individual sessions there will be no therapy as such, talk of personal issues or “hypnosis” although there will be visualization and guided imagery.

Learn to Control Your Stress, Anxiety, Chronic Pain
Are any of these keeping you or someone you know, from really enjoying life? There are ways, instead of or in combination with medication, that can help reduce the misery. How about having easy to use, quick techniques to get control of the way you feel? Learning how your mind works and it’s role in both increasing and decreasing negative feelings are the basis for making effective changes. Beginning Wednesday, July 12 at 6:30 pm and Thursday, July 13 at 12:30, weekly, one hour classes for six weeks you will learn how to improve your life. The techniques and information are delivered progressively, exploring a different sense each class in a relaxed setting with lots of time for practice, discussion and guided visualization. Following each session there will be a 30 minute open period for any questions or topics not covered in class and additional practice. In addition to being a very cost effective way to master your skills, a group setting is a great way to meet people who have experienced what you have and share the positive changes. When two people register together the second person’s tuition is 50%.
Wednesday and Thursday classes are the same, just different days and times. Participants are free to go between classes for thier convenience.
